Development Week


Development Week is a week-long Learning and Development program where all Ripplers focus on personal and professional growth through a well-designed learning plan.




My ResponsibilityTo create a program mark that can be used in decks and other swags for Development Week







Global Leaders Summit 2024


The Global Leaders Summit is a biannual event bringing together Ripple’s Senior Directors, VPs, and L1 leaders.



My ResponsibilityTo create cohesive visual elements while getting inspired by the seasonal essence of autumn and the vibrant energy of New York.

Welcome Week Rebranding


Welcome Week introduces Ripple's culture and basic information they need to be part of the team to new Ripplers. It's also a celebration to warmly welcome them. 




My ResponsibilityTo propose rebranding design options, including illustrations and additional applications, by creating new illustrations and applying the brand design system in a new way.


Experience DesignAn additional concept I introduced was the emotional experience defining how we want new hires to feel throughout the journey and visual experience defining how we visually introduce our brand system.
