Looking for a job and going through multiple interviews can be stressful enough. What makes it even more overwhelming is having interview-related information scattered everywhere.
01
Onboarding Customization
Job seekers start by personalizing their experience—choosing specific interview skills for improvement and setting reminders.
02
Pre-Interview Preparation
Job seekers can input and manage key interview details, including the interviewer’s name, title, and Zoom link—all in one place.
03
Post-Interview Record
After each interview, job seekers can log the outcome and jot down notes based on their experience or feedback, ensuring they capture key takeaways while the experience is still fresh.
04
Note & Insights Review for Next Interviews
Job seekers can review past notes and interview details while receiving AI-powered insights that analyze previous interviews.

“I start managing the interview process from the first round because it's difficult to keep track of all the applications and screening calls.”
Prioritizing in-progress interviews on the home screen.
"I often forget when and where I applied until I get a rejection. I prefer not to reapply unless there’s a new update or a different position at the same company."
Need for tracking of applications and their statuses.

"I applied through LinkedIn, so I don’t have to track some jobs separately. But for others, like design studios, I have to manually manage applications and details in my Notes app."
Need for an manual fill-in system.
I use LinkedIn Easy Apply a lot—it makes job applications easier and lowers the barrier to apply, but it’s hard to manage so many applications.
Need for seamless integration with major job search platforms.
Need for a Centralized Interview Management Platform
Job seekers have been using multiple platforms, including Google Calendar, Gmail, and personal notes, for different purposes. They want to effortlessly organize their interviews in one place and minimize the steps needed to manage them.
02
Need for Actionable Features Beyond Just Note-Taking
Job seekers need more than just an organized journal or notes for feedback and self-reflection on their interviews. They want to turn these insights and feedback into actionable features.
03
Need for a System to Track All Job Applications and Rejections (Unexpected Finding)
With applications spread across platforms, job seekers struggle to track where they’ve applied and been rejected. They prefer not to track them automatically—unless they’ve had at least one interview. Keeping track helps avoid unnecessary reapplications unless there’s a good reason to try again.
How did I Design a Solution to Meet Users' Needs
Automating interview schedule input through API integration.
Challenge: Job seekers sometimes apply through company websites or personal connections, making it difficult to track all applications through an API alone.
Solution: Offering both integration with various platforms (ex: LinkedIn) and manual input options allows users to easily add new interview information.
Recording the entire interview session and analyzing the performance.
Challenge: It raised privacy concerns, including company confidentiality and the interviewer’s privacy.
Solution: Instead, providing a manual yet personalized reflection note that can make the process easier for users.
