As designers, we think in visuals. We sketch, create, and iterate—yet when it comes to meetings, we're stuck taking text notes, sifting through long recordings just to find the exact design element we discussed, and spending valuable time searching for the right reference and the next step.

ProblemDesigners rely on visuals, yet most note-taking tools focus on text, creating friction in the creative process. Sifting through disorganized feedback slows them down and disrupts their workflow. They need a visual-first system that makes capturing and organizing feedback effortless, turning it into actionable insights.

NeedA note-taking tool that integrates seamlessly into their workflow, allowing them to capture, organize, and reference discussions visually.

A more intuitive system to help them turn feedback into action effortlessly.

Smart Plug-in for Desktop
The plug-in captures key visuals during virtual meetings by recording shared screens, detecting important design elements, and auto-summarizing discussions with images for easy reference.

02
AI-Generated Visual Feedback & References
While the system handles meeting summaries, designers can stay fully engaged in taking their own visual notes without distractions.

03
Post-Interview Record
AI curates relevant visuals and suggests design references to streamline user’s creative process.

Need for Integrated Solutions in a Multi-Device Workflow
Designers use several devices for each purpose and they need seamless system that can provide best solutions for each work flow.

02
Need for Both Verbal and Visual References

Since design feedback includes abstract description including ambiguous verbal descriptions and visual examples, designers both synchronized reference both voice record and visual reference (shared screen or visual note) to clearly ensure the right direction for next step.
