Clutch is an immersive mental fitness tool for teenage athletes. The design objective is to promote the app and foster an online community among users through engaging campaigns and branded merchandise.

Primary Audience: Teenage athletes (ages 13–19) who experience mental health challenges but may hesitate to seek help.

Secondary Audience: Coaches, parents, and sports psychologists who support young athletes in their mental and physical well-being.


Key Message & Tagline:
Tackle the noise.

Psychological Noise (Internal Challenges)
Teen athletes face self-doubt, anxiety, and burnout, often battling negative self-talk and performance pressure. 

External Noise (Societal & Environmental Pressures)
From criticism to social media comparisons and academic stress, external pressures add to mental strain. 


Design Objectives
To indicate empathy toward the teenage athletes's struggles with mental health and reflect an athlete’s mental journey—from struggle to confidence, from doubt to clarity.
